AI Credits
1. What are AI Credits?

AI Credits are tokens needed to use features like AskFred and to create tailored meeting notes using AI Apps.
2. How are AI Credits consumed?

Each query made to AskFred and each custom app built using AI Apps consumes 1 to 5 AI Credits each time it runs, depending on the AI model you’re using.
Note: Customizing the default AI Super Summaries does not consume AI Credits if you use it on the Basic AI Model
3. Are AI Credits shared in my workspace?

AI Credits are shared with teammates in your workspace.
4. Who can access AI Credits?

AI Credits are available only for users in the Fireflies Pro, Business and Enterprise tier.
5. How are AI Credits priced?
- The AI Credits pack gives you credits that renew at the start of each monthly cycle.

Note:
- You can buy the AI Credits package as an add-on to your paid Fireflies tier.
- AI Credits subscription is charged monthly. There is no one-time payment option.
6. How to purchase AI Credits?
- Open any meeting within the Fireflies Notebook.
- Click on AskFred.
- Click on Get AI Credits.
- Select the AI Credits and click Subscribe. The amount to be billed will also be visible.
- After payment success, view the AI Credits balance on the Billing page.
Note:
- Unused AI Credits do not roll over to the next month.

If you exhaust the credit limit before the next billing cycle, Fireflies automatically upgrades your credits to avoid disruption. Check the below article to pause-auto upgrades.

7. How to edit AI Credits?
- From Billing, go to AI Credits>Edit>Edit Subscription.
- Change the number of AI Credits.
- Click Update.
8. How to cancel AI Credits?
- From Billing, go to AI Credits>Edit>Cancel subscription.
- Type in a reason and click Continue.
- Click Cancel.
- You can use the remaining AI Credits till the end of your next billing cycle.
