This guide gives an overview of Fireflies Notebook.

1. How to access
- Log in to Fireflies and select Meetings from the dashboard.
2. Channels
Your Fireflies Notebook is organized into three default Channels.
- #My Meetings: Shows only the meetings that you’ve hosted.
- #All meetings: Shows meetings hosted by you or your entire team.
- #Shared with me: Shows meetings that others have shared with you.
- To organize your meetings, you can create unlimited public and private channels based on your Fireflies subscription.

3. Global Search
At the top of the dashboard is a search bar that can be used to search your past meetings.
a. Search by title
- Find all meetings matching your exact meeting title. Type your query in the search and click Title only.
b. Search by host name
- Click Host to filter meetings using the meeting organizer’s name.
c. Search by date
- Filter meetings using the Date filter. You can filter meetings of the last 3, 7, or 30 days.
- Or Filter meetings within a Start and End date and click Apply.
d. Search by Meeting title keyword
- Filter meetings containing specific keywords within the title.
e. Search using AskFred
- Write your question in natural language in the search box and check the box next to @AskFred.
The AskFred search is in beta and requires you to be on Fireflies paid plan and have AI credits.

4. Move or delete meetings
- Hover over the desired meeting and click on the Checkbox.
- Select Move and move the meetings to a desired Private or Public channel.
- You can also delete meetings from Notebook by selecting one or multiple meetings and clicking Delete.
- Click Delete Meetings.

5. Meeting-related activities
- From Notebook, you can also add Fireflies to live meetings, schedule a new one, or upload audio or video files for transcription.
