How to check if your meetings are processed?

Sometimes, after a meeting ends, you may want to confirm whether Fireflies has finished processing it—especially if the transcript, summary, or recording isn’t available yet.

Once a meeting ends, Fireflies immediately starts processing it. The transcript, summary, and audio/video recording are typically shared within a few minutes, depending on the length of the meeting.

This guide walks you through how to verify whether your meetings have been processed, so you know when your meeting content is ready to review.

🔄️ Check the status while a meeting is ongoing

  1. While the meeting is happening, open the Fireflies web app and go to Meeting Status.

  2. You’ll see Live Notes and the Stop button next to the meeting, indicating that Fireflies is currently recording the meeting and capturing data for processing once the meeting ends.

Check the status after a meeting ends

After the meeting ends, return to the Meeting Status page.

If the meeting has finished processing, you’ll see a Completed label with a green checkmark. This confirms that the transcript, summary, and recording are ready.

Click the meeting to open it and view the full meeting transcript, summary, and action items generated by Fireflies.
