This guide is part of the comprehensive post-meeting features guide. Here, we’ll walk you through the steps to verify if your meetings have been processed by Fireflies.
For more detailed information on all post-meeting features, refer to the full post-meeting features guide.
Once a meeting ends, Fireflies immediately starts processing it. The transcript, summary, and audio/video recording are shared within a few minutes, depending on the length of the recording.
Note: Video recording is only available on the Business and Enterprise tiers.
Here’s how you can check the status of an active meeting:
- While the meeting is happening, go to the Fireflies web app, and click Meeting Status.
- You’ll see an Active tag for the meeting Fireflies is currently recording.
This means Fireflies is currently capturing all the audio and video data for processing once the meeting concludes.
Here’s how you can check the status after a meeting ends:
- After the meeting, go to the Meeting Status page again.
- You’ll see a Completed tag with a green tick mark to confirm that your meeting is processed.
- Click on it to view the meeting transcript and recording.
