In this guide, we'll discuss Channels that help you organize your meetings in the Fireflies Notebook.
Introduction to Channels
In Fireflies Notebook, all your meetings are automatically organized in these three default Channels for easy access and management, such as:
- All Meetings: Lists all the meetings hosted by you and other members of your team workspace since the start, offering a complete overview of every meeting within the workspace.
- My Meetings: Lists all the meetings where you were the host. You can delete or edit these meetings as needed.
- Shared with Me: Lists all the meetings you've participated in or been invited to, where someone else was the host.
Note: Any meetings joined by your own Fireflies notetaker will appear on the My Meetings.
Additionally, you can also organize your meetings by creating Public or Private Channels.
-
Public Channels
- Meetings saved in public channels are accessible to all workspace users, provided they have the necessary permissions to view those meetings.
- Users on the freemium plan can create up to three public channels, while Pro plan users can create unlimited public channels.

Private Channels:
- These are Channels with restricted access to only invited members, making them suitable for more controlled sharing.
