Didn’t receive the meeting transcript
There can be several reasons for this

Check your auto-join settings:
- If it is set to Only when I invite fred@fireflies.ai, Fireflies will not join your meeting unless you invite it manually. In this case, you will not receive the meeting transcript.

Meeting privacy setting is set to Only Host
- If you were a meeting participant and the host’s share setting is set to Only Host, you will not receive the meeting transcript. To access the transcript, reach out to the host and ask them to share it with you.

Meeting duration was short
- Fireflies does not capture meetings that are less than 3 minutes long. Ensure that the meeting was recorded successfully and that Fireflies was present for over 3 minutes.

Meeting status is In-progress
- The meeting might take five to ten minutes to process. Check if the meeting status is marked as Completed in your Fireflies dashboard. If it is not, the processing might still be underway.

Fireflies was denied entry
Verify if Fireflies AI notetaker was allowed entry into the meeting. If it was denied entry or had any issues with the recording permissions, this could prevent it from capturing the meeting information. You can check this from the Meeting Status tab.

What to do if the transcription progress is stuck?
If the transcription is taking a long time to process, check your connection status. If your Wi-Fi is slow or unstable, please wait or try to connect to a different Wi-Fi network. If you are on a 4G network, try using Wi-Fi or wired LAN.
If everything seems to be in order and you still haven't received the transcript, it could be a processing delay or some other issue.
