This quick guide covers how Fireflies handles transcription credits, meeting storage, and upload rate limits across Free, Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans.

Upload rate limits ⏱

These monthly limits apply to media uploaded from external sources and reset every month.

Rate limit applies to:

• Uploads from the dashboard

• API or Zapier uploads

• Imports from Dropbox, Box, OneDrive

• Dialer or telephony calls

• Transcribe past meetings

No rate limit for:

• Live meetings with the Fireflies Notetaker bot

• Google Meet via the Chrome Extension

• Mobile app recordings

Limits:

• Individuals: 3,000 mins/source/month

• Teams: 3,000 mins × users/source/month (capped at 150,000 mins/source)

Overage is charged at $0.01/min
