Learn about Fireflies Dialer integrations

Your team makes a lot of calls — and important details from those conversations shouldn't get lost. Fireflies supports most major dialer integrations, so every call is automatically captured, transcribed, and turned into meeting notes without any extra effort.

🚀 How to find Dialer integrations in Fireflies

1. Log in to your Fireflies account and click Integrations from the left side menu.

2. From the filter tabs at the top, click More and select Dialer from the dropdown list.

3. You’ll see all supported dialer integrations — click any dialer to get started.

You can use the search bar to quickly find a specific integration, or share feedback and request a new one if it’s not available—our team will review it for future updates.

📞 Available Dialer integrations

Fireflies supports the following dialer integrations:

• Aircall — Automatically capture, transcribe, and generate meeting notes for calls made through Aircall

• JustCall — Automatically pull and transcribe calls made from JustCall

• Outreach — Automatically capture, transcribe, and generate meeting notes for calls made and recorded through Outreach

• Quo (formerly OpenPhone) — Automatically captures, transcribes, and generates meeting notes for calls made and recorded through Quo.

• RingCentral — Automatically capture, transcribe, and generate meeting notes for calls made and recorded through RingCentral

• Salesloft — Automatically capture, transcribe, and generate meeting notes for calls made and recorded through Salesloft

• Zoom Phone — Automatically capture, transcribe, and generate meeting notes for calls made and recorded through Zoom Phone

⚠ Dialer limits

Fireflies applies the following limits on dialer transcription:

• Users on the Pro and Business plans can transcribe up to 3,000 minutes of audio per month per seat from dialers. Minutes reset at the start of each month.

• If you exceed this limit, you'll be charged $0.01 per minute for the excess minutes.

• There is an upper limit of 150,000 minutes per month for the entire team. If the team exceeds this limit, you'll be charged $0.01 per minute for the excess minutes.
