1. When Should You Remove Your Card?

- Replace your card: If you have only one active card in your account, you need to add a new card and set it as the default payment method before removing the current card.
- Cancel your subscription: If you no longer wish to maintain a subscription, you must first cancel all active subscriptions, including your Fireflies paid plan and AI Credits subscription, before removing the card.
2. Why Is This Step Required?
To ensure uninterrupted service for active subscriptions, Fireflies requires at least one active payment method at all times. This is why you must either replace your current card or cancel all subscriptions before removing it.

Steps to Remove Card Details from Fireflies
1. If you have more than one Card:
- Sign in to your Fireflies account. Click on Settings.
- Navigate to the Billing page from Settings.
- Hover over the non-primary card you want to remove. Click on Remove.
2. If you have only one card:
- Sign in to your Fireflies account. Click on Settings.
- Navigate to the Billing page from Settings.
- Under the Payment section, click Add New Card to add a new payment method.
- Set the new card as your default payment method by clicking on Make Default next to it.
- Once the new card is set as default, hover over the old card and click Remove.
