How to view your invoices and bills on Fireflies

This guide explains how to access your Fireflies’ invoices and bills from the dashboard.

How to view invoices and bills from Fireflies

  • Log into your Fireflies account via the web app.
  • Open Settings.

  • Navigate to Billing.

Note: Only workspace owners, Admins, and Super Admins have access to the Billing section. If you are only a member of your Team workspace, this section will not be available for you.

  • In the Billing section, you can see current invoice details for Fireflies and AI Credits subscriptions, including the next billing date.

  • Scroll down to the Billing history section to view or download all invoices.

  • Click Download, and a new tab will appear.

  • You will have two options:
    • Download invoice.

  • Download Receipt.

FAQ

  1. What is unused time in the invoice?

  • Unused time refers to the portion of a subscription period a team member doesn't use because they were added or removed during the billing cycle.

For instance, if you add a new team member halfway through a month, you've effectively prepaid for a full month for that member, but they will only be using the service for half the month.

  • The unused time applies to both adding and removing team members.
