This guide explains the steps you must follow to upgrade your Fireflies subscription plan.

How to upgrade Fireflies subscription
- Sign in to your Fireflies account through the web app.
- Click the Upgrade button. There are three ways you can access the Upgrade option:
- From the top of the dashboard or the navigation menu on the left side.
- From the top of the Settings page on your Fireflies web app, click UPGRADE YOUR PLAN.
- From Settings>Billing.
- Click Upgrade.
- Once you click the Upgrade button, the list of all available subscription plans and their features will appear.

- Click Upgrade under the subscription plan you wish to upgrade to.
- For example, we are selecting the Business plan.
- Select the billing cycle: Monthly or Annual. By default, the billing cycle will be Monthly.
- Select the number of seats.
Note:
- A seat refers to a user. Each team member added to your workspace is considered a seat, and you will be billed for every user.
- Each extra seat will be charged as per your plan.
- Enter your card details.
- Click Upgrade.

How many subscription plans do Fireflies offer?
Fireflies has four different subscription plans, such as:
- Free - $0
- Pro - $10/mo/user billed annually or $18/mo/user billed monthly.
- Business - $19/mo/user billed annually or $29/mo/user billed monthly.
- Enterprise - $39/mo/user billed annually
