This guide explains how to download transcripts, summaries, and meeting recordings from Fireflies.

Prerequisite
You must need a Fireflies Pro or above plan to download meeting recordings, transcripts, and summaries from Fireflies.
How to download transcripts, summaries, and meeting recordings from Fireflies
- Log into your Fireflies account and click Meetings.
- Open the meeting you want to download.
- Click the download button below the meeting marker.

You’ll see four options:
- Transcript
- Summary
- Video
- Audio
- Click on the tab you want to download—Transcript, Summary, Video or Audio.
1. Transcript
- Under the Transcript tab, check the include timestamps and speaker names in the transcript boxes if needed.
- Select the format in which you want to download the transcript—PDF, DOCX, SRT, CSV, or JSON.
- Click Download.
- The file will be downloaded to your device.
2. Summary
- Click the Summary tab and select the summary format: DOCX, PDF, or JSON.
- Click Download, and the file will download to your device.
3. Video
Note: Currently, you can download videos only in the MP4 format.
- Select Video and click MP4.
- Click Download, and your meeting video will start downloading.
4. Audio
Note: You can download only the audio of a meeting/video file in MP3 format.
- Select Audio and click on MP3.
- Your meeting audio will start downloading.
