This guide gives an overview of how to use Fireflies for offline meetings using the Fireflies Mobile App.
There are two ways to record a physical or offline meeting using Fireflies:
Record and transcribe an offline meeting in the Fireflies mobile app
You can download the Fireflies Mobile App from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
After downloading, sign up or log in to your Fireflies account.
Here’s how you can transcribe an offline meeting using Fireflies Mobile App:
- Open the Fireflies app, and tap + Transcribe.
- Select Record Audio.
- Tap the record button to start recording the audio.
- Tap the pause or stop buttons to pause or stop the recording.
- Name and upload the recording to Fireflies.
Give Fireflies some time to process the recording. This depends on the length of your transcript.
- Once processed, you'll get an email with a View Meeting Recap link. Click the link or check your Fireflies Notebook.
