About Fireflies Mobile App
The Fireflies' companion mobile app lets you record online or offline meetings, audio notes, etc., from your mobile devices.
You can now download the mobile app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store to access meetings anytime, anywhere.

Let’s see the two ways to transcribe offline meetings.
Option 1: Use the Record Audio feature
- Sign up or Login to your Fireflies Mobile app.
- Tap +Transcribe.
- Select Record Audio.
Note: You can transcribe unlimited offline meetings from the Fireflies mobile app.
- Tap the record button to start recording the audio.
- Tap the stop button to stop the recording.
- Rename the recordings ig needed and click Upload.
- Fireflies will process the recording. Processing time typically takes 5-10 minutes, depending on the length of the audio.
Option 2: Use the Upload Audio or Video feature
- From the mobile app, Tap +Transcribe
- Select Upload Audio or Video.
- Choose the file you want to upload.
- Once uploaded, Fireflies will process the file.
Access Your Transcript
- Once the transcription is complete, you’ll receive an email with a link to view the Meeting Recap.
- Or, you can visit the Fireflies dashboard and view the meetings in the Fireflies Feed or Notebook.

Note: Meetings recorded using the mobile app will have a mic icon next to the recording.
