This article covers different ways to remove Fireflies from your meetings.
Upcoming meetings
1. Disable auto-join settings
By default Auto-join calendar meetings is enabled. This allows Fireflies to automatically detect meeting links in the calendar invite and join the meeting. You can disable it from the dashboard or from the Settings page.
1. From the dashboard:
- Turn off the Auto join calendar meetings toggle.
2. From the Settings:
- Alternatively, go to Settings and turn off the Auto-join calendar events toggle.
Note:
- Once disabled, Fireflies will only join future meetings you manually invite it to.
- Only admins can disable the auto-join settings or allow team members to choose their settings.
2. Set Bar Rules
- Instead of disabling auto-join completely, enter specific meeting titles you want Fireflies to skip under the "Bar Rules" section in Settings.
- Fireflies will not join those meetings while still auto-joining others.
