🔗 Connect Zoho CRM to Fireflies

Step 1: Navigate to Integrations

Log in to your Fireflies account and click on Integrations in the left-hand menu. Then, find the Zoho integration icon on the page and click it.

Step 2: Initiate the Connection

Click the Connect button to start the authorization process. You'll be redirected to the Zoho login page.

Step 3: Grant Permissions

Select the checkbox that confirms you allow Fireflies.ai to access the data from your Zoho account, and then click Accept. You'll be redirected back to the Fireflies Integration page to finish your set up.

You can customize how Fireflies logs your meeting notes in Zoho CRM. You'll can always find these settings under the Zoho integration page in Fireflies by clicking + Edit.

Step 1: Configure Lead Creation

• If your settings allow the creation of new participants, toggle on this option to create them as Leads instead of Contacts.

• If you enable this, Fireflies automatically creates a new Lead in your CRM for every meeting participant if they don't already exist.

Step 2: Set Logging Prerequisites

Do not create new contacts or lead, only log meeting data to available contacts or leads. If you enable this, Fireflies will only log meeting data if a matching contact or lead is found in Zoho.

Step 3: Choose Data Logging Type

• Turn on/off Only log as a note

• By default, Fireflies logs meetings as both an event and a note. If you enable this, it’ll only log the meeting as a note.

Step 4: Enable Deal Logging

• Turn on/off Log meeting notes under deals

• Enable this to log meeting notes under deals from your selected pipeline.

Step 5: Select Specific Deal Stages Select the specific deal stages from your chosen pipeline where you want to log meeting notes.

Step 6: Save Your Settings Select Save to confirm all your settings.

Just click the ellipsis (:) next to the Zoho CRM integration to access these options, like testing your connection or logging notes from old meetings.

Test Your Integration You have two great ways to confirm your setup is working perfectly:

Method 1: Sample Data

Click Insert Sample Data. You'll see a test contact named Fireflies.ai created within your Zoho Contacts.

Method 2: Test Push Flow

Click Test Push Flow. You’ll see a "test successful" message if the connection is a success, and test data will appear under your Zoho Contacts.

Resync Past Meetings Need to log old meeting data? Click Resync past meetings to push notes from previous recorded meetings into Zoho.

📤 What Happens After the Meeting Ends?

Fireflies will automatically log your meeting notes under the appropriate lead, contact, or deal.

❌ Disconnect Integration

If you no longer need Fireflies connected to Zoho CRM — for example, when cleaning up old integrations or moving to a new database — you can disconnect it with a single click.

Once disconnected, Fireflies will stop sending data to Zoho CRM. You can always reconnect later if needed.

If your notes aren't logging:

• Check the Meeting Status to make sure your call was processed.

• Check the Zoho integration status on Fireflies to ensure it's Active.

• Verify the email address of the meeting participant matches an existing lead/contact in Zoho, especially if you have 'Only log meeting data if contact/lead already exists in CRM' enabled.

• If you're using the deal logging feature, ensure you've reconnected your account after enabling the option.
