Log meeting notes under Zoho leads

• Enable the Create meeting participant as a Lead toggle and click Save Settings.

 

• Schedule a meeting with a lead. Ensure the Fireflies bot is present in the meeting. 

 

• After the meeting, go to Leads>All Leads within Zoho and click on the lead. 

• Click Notes. 

 

• Click More. 

 

• You will find the Summary, Outline, Notes, and Action items.
