This guide gives you an overview on how to setup Zoho CRM with Fireflies.
Set up Zoho CRM and Fireflies integration
- Log in to your Fireflies account and then click Integrations.
- On the Integrations page, find Zoho and click on it.
- Click Connect.
- You'll be redirected to Zoho. Log in to your Zoho account.
- Click Allow and Install to grant Fireflies permission to access your Zoho account.
- This will redirect you back to the Fireflies app. Notice the green check mark on the Zoho icon and the Active status.
- Fireflies will now automatically log notes under the appropriate contact in Zoho.
Configure Zoho CRM-Fireflies settings
1. Learn about Zoho CRM-Fireflies settings
- The Zoho-Fireflies settings enable you to customize how meeting notes are logged within the CRM. Key elements include:

| Create meeting participant as a Lead | OFF | If enabled, Fireflies will create a Lead in your CRM for every new meeting participant. |
| Only log meeting data if contact/lead already exists in CRM | OFF | If enabled, Fireflies logs meeting data only if the contact/lead already exists in the CRM. |
| Only log as a note | OFF |
By default, Fireflies logs meetings as an event and a note. If enabled, Fireflies logs the meeting only as a note. |
| Log meeting notes under deals | OFF | If enabled, Fireflies logs meeting notes under deals from the selected pipeline. Requires reconnection on first use. |
| Deal stages | Blank | Select the deal stages from the chosen pipeline to log meeting notes. Requires reconnection on first use. |
2. Test Zoho CRM integration

With sample data
- Click Insert Sample Data.
- You will see the sample data named Fireflies.ai within Zoho Contacts.

With Test Push Flow
- Click Test Push Flow.
- You’ll see a test successful message if the connection is a success.
- You will see the test data under Zoho Contacts.
3. Resync Past meetings
- Click on Resync past meetings to resync old meetings.
