Refund policy
1. Refunds for monthly and annual plan
You may be eligible for a complete refund or a Pro-rated refund based on the used monthly rate.

Note:
- Refunds apply only to Fireflies plans, not to AI Credits add-ons.
- A $3 Stripe processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
2. Refund processing time
- It will take 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect on your source account.

4. Saved card required for a refund?
- Yes, your card details must be stored on your Fireflies account.
5. Reason for policy?
- To prevent abuse of uploading many meetings and then requesting refunds.

- From the dashboard, click on the help and resources.
- Contact Support and request a refund.
