In this article, we will explain the steps to integrate Aircall with Fireflies.
What is Fireflies-Aircall integration?
The Fireflies+Aircall integration transcribes Aircall calls and automatically stores the transcript and summaries under the appropriate contact.
How to integrate Fireflies with Aircall?
- Log in to Fireflies and click Integrations.
- Search for Aircall and click it.
- Click Connect.
- Sign in to your Aircall Account.
- Authorize Fireflies to access your account.
- Click Add numbers.
- Select one or multiple phone numbers you want Fireflies to record and transcribe, and click Confirm.
- Click Add numbers.
- That’s it. You’ll be redirected to the Fireflies Integration page, where you'll notice a green tick on the Aircall icon and an Active badge.
Once the Aircall integration has been set up, Fireflies will transcribe both calls and voicemails left on your selected Aircall number.
If you don’t want Fireflies to transcribe voicemails, disable the Process Aircall Voicemail and click Save Settings.

Test the integration
- To test the integration, click Test Pull Flow.
- You will notice a Test pull result: successful message. You will also find the test call processed successfully within the Aircall logs.
- You can find the sample meeting inserted in the Fireflies #All Meetings Channel.
- Here is how the summaries and transcripts look.

Things to remember
- Only admins of your Aircall account can set this integration up.
- The call will only be processed if you are making the call from the Aircall dialer and have a Fireflies account.
- Always click Start rec when receiving or starting a call from Aircall.
