FAQs
1. Why is my meeting status delayed?
Fireflies typically takes only five to ten minutes to complete the transcription process after the meeting ends. Once the transcription is complete, the meeting status changes to Completed.
However, if you have a weak internet connection, the meeting transcription process can be delayed, causing the meeting status to be stuck in the Processing stage for longer than usual.
In such cases, check your connection status. If your Wi-Fi is slow or unstable, please wait or try to connect to a different Wi-Fi network. If you are on a 4G network, try using Wi-Fi or wired LAN.
If everything seems in order and you still haven't received the transcript, it could be a processing delay or another issue. Kindly contact our customer support team here with your meeting details so we can expedite the process.
