Add GoToMeeting to your Google or Outlook Calendar
There are two ways to add GotoMeeting link to your preferred calendar.
Create a calendar event from GoToMeeting
GoToMeeting allows you to sync your Google or Outlook calendar to your account. This enables you to add meetings to your preferred calendar, allowing Fireflies to join, record, and transcribe them.
- Go to app.goto.com/meetings and log in to your GoTo account.
- Create a new meeting on GoTo.
- Click the Calendar icon from your meeting window.
- Choose the calender you use—Outlook or Google.
This will redirect you to your calendar.
- Make any desired changes to your invite and click Save.
- Go to Fireflies web app and make sure the Auto join calendar meetings setting is toggled on.
That’s it! Fireflies will now automatically join your meeting. The meeting will now be visible on Fireflies under the Upcoming Meetings module on the homepage.
