This guide explains how to integrate Airtable with Fireflies.
What is Fireflies Airtable integration?
Fireflies Airtable integration automatically sends meeting data and summaries to your Airtable bases or workspaces.
How to integrate Airtable with Fireflies
- From the Fireflies dashboard, click Integrations.
- Search for Airtable within the search bar and click it.
- Click Connect.
- Click Authorize this connector.
- This takes you to the Airtable login page. Sign in if you have an existing Airtable account or create a new Airtable account.
- On the authorization page, click Add a base and choose a workspace or a base.
- Click Grant access.
- Once done, you’ll be redirected back to the Fireflies page. Click Continue.
- Select a Base and click Continue.
- Select Table and click Continue.
Note: Fireflies will add columns for meeting name, link, and summary within the selected table.
- Click create a sample meeting button to test the Airtable Fireflies integration.
- If the connection is successful, you’ll see a done status.
- Click Continue.
- Click Complete.
- You will now see a green color tick mark on the Airtable icon, indicating that the integration has been completed successfully.
- Fireflies will now automatically add meeting insights within the selected Airtable base and table.
- To disable this integration, follow the steps below.
How to disable Airtable integration
- Go to Integrations and open the Airtable integration.
- Click Disable on the top right corner.
- Your Airtable integration is now disabled. You’ll see a disabled icon under Current Configuration.
- To enable it again, just click Enable on the top right.
Note:
- If you want to change the Base or Table after the integration, click Disconnect, follow the above integration steps again.
