Control privacy for Comments
Just like with your meetings, you can control who can view your comments.
Note: This only applies to new comments made within the Fireflies meeting notes. Comments made during the meeting are always public and can be viewed by anyone.
By default, your comments privacy is set to public. Here is how to change its privacy setting:
- Click on the three dots.
- Click Privacy next to the comment textbox and select the desired privacy.
You get 5 options:
- Public: Anyone with access to the meeting can view your comment.
- Teammates: Only your teammates within the Fireflies workspace can view the comment.

- Teammates and Participants: Both your teammates and the meeting participants can view the comment.
