How to check if your uploaded files are processed?
This guide is part of the comprehensive post-meeting features guide. Here, we’ll walk you through the steps to check if your uploaded files are processed.

You upload and transcribe meeting files in MP3, MP4, M4A and WAV formats.
Note: Fireflies usually transcribes hour-long recordings within minutes after uploading.

To check the status of your uploaded file on Fireflies:

Go to the Fireflies web app and click Uploads.

Look for the file whose status you want to check. If it’s processing, you’ll see a Processing transcript tag.

- You can wait for a few minutes and refresh the page to see if the transcript is ready.

Alternatively, Fireflies will notify you via email once the file is processed. Click View meeting recap to open the transcript.
