How to log notes under existing Freshsales Contacts

This article covers steps to log meeting notes under existing Freshsales contacts. Ensure you've completed the Fireflies-Freshsales integration steps before proceeding further.

  • Enable the Only log meeting data if contact already exists in CRM toggle and click Save Settings
  • Now, Fireflies will log notes only under existing contacts. 
  • To view the notes, go to the contact page in Freshsales and click on the relevant contact. 
  • From the notes section, click Show more.
  • You will find the Summary, Outline, Notes, and Action items.
