This guide covers steps to set up Freshsales and Fireflies integration.
Get the Freshsales API key
To connect Freshsales and Fireflies, you need the Freshsales API key and CRM domain name. Here are the steps to get them:
- Log in to Freshsales. Click on your profile icon and select Settings.
- Go to API Settings and complete the API authentication.
- You will now see the API key and domain name. You’re now ready to set up the integration.
Set up Freshsales and Fireflies integration
- Log in to your Fireflies account and then click Integrations. On the Integrations page, find Freshsales and click on it.
- Copy Your API key and Your bundle alias from Freshsales API Settings.
- Paste the API key and bundle alias in the Fireflies settings page and click Connect.
- This completes the integration. Notice the green check mark on the Freshsales icon and the Active status.
- Fireflies will now automatically log notes under the appropriate contact in Freshsales.
Configure Freshsales-Fireflies settings
1. Learn about Freshsales-Fireflies settings
- The Freshsales-Fireflies Settings enable you to customize how meeting notes are logged within the CRM. Key elements include:

By default, Fireflies will create a new contact in your CRM. If this option is enabled, Fireflies will log notes only under an existing contact in your CRM. |
2. Test Freshsales Fireflies integration
- Click Insert Sample data.
- Within Freshsales, under contacts, a new contact will be created.
3. Resync past meetings
- Click on Resync past meetings to sync notes of all past meetings in Freshsales.
