This article explains how to privately share meeting transcripts with only the people you want.
By default, the meeting privacy setting is set to Everyone.
If you are an individual user or a workspace admin and want to share meetings with a few people, configure Meeting Recap Links under Privacy Settings in the Settings tab.

Alternatively, you can go to each meeting and change the privacy settings. We’ll explain how to do that in the steps below:
How to share meeting links
- Go to Meetings and open the meeting you want to share.
- Click on the Share button.
- Enter the email address of the user or user groups and click Invite.

- Fireflies will send an email to the selected users with a link to open the Meeting Recap.

To view the transcript, click View meeting recap in the email and log in to Fireflies or sign up using your Google or Microsoft Outlook account.
- Alternatively, if you are a Fireflies user, you can view the notes by navigating to the Shared with Me meeting channel.
How to remove users from shared access
- Open the meetings and click Share.
- Hover over the person’s name and click on the meatballs icon.
- From the dropdown menu, click remove access.
