This guide covers steps to setup Microsoft Teams before inviting Fireflies.
Prerequisite

You must enable the below two settings from the Microsoft Teams admin center before inviting Fireflies.
Setup Microsoft Teams before inviting Fireflies
1. Enable guest access

Login to Microsoft Teams admin center.

Click on Users.

Click on Guest Access

Turn Guest Access ON and click Save. This allows people in your organization to invite guest users.
2. Bypass Lobby

Click on Meetings.

Click Meeting policies and select the Global policy. This applies changes across the org.

Go to meeting join and lobby section. Change the who can bypass the lobby to People in my org and guests. This ensures Fred joins meetings on time.
