How to change your email address on Fireflies

Need to update the email address linked to your Fireflies account? Here’s how to do it easily.

Who can change their email ID on Fireflies?

• Only users on the Pro plan or higher can change their email address

• Free plan users are unable to change their email address and will need to create a new account with the new email, as data cannot be migrated

Steps to change your email address on Fireflies

1. Create a New Fireflies Account

   • Sign up for a new Fireflies account using your new email

   • You can use Google or Microsoft to register at app.fireflies.ai

2. Request Data Migration

   • After creating your new account, open the purple chat button on the bottom right corner of the page and contact support to request a data transfer

   • Be sure to include both your old email address and new email address

3. Verification and Transfer

   • Once verified, our team will transfer your data to your new account, and your email address will be updated
