Troubleshooting when Fireflies joins meetings after account deletion?

Once you delete your Fireflies account, Fireflies will not join your meetings. However, if it still joins, here are the troubleshooting steps:

Verify account deletion

• Log into your Fireflies account.
• Open Settings.

• Navigate to Account Settings.

• Click Delete my account.

Note: If you have already deleted your account, you will be asked to log in again to Fireflies to create an account.

Check for other possibilities

• A participant/meeting invitee has an active Fireflies account, and the Fireflies notetaker joined on their behalf.
• You only canceled your paid subscription, not the entire account.
