What is Conversation Intelligence?

Fireflies is an AI note-taker that offers conversation intelligence to analyze your voice conversations and unlock coaching opportunities for your sales and client-facing teams. It helps you uncover customer insights faster and automate the tedious reviews and shadowing sessions.

If you are the team admin, you will see all the metrics combined for all your teammate's meetings.

If you are an individual or non-admin, you’ll only be able to see your analytics.

You can also find speaker analytics for individual meetings.

Speaker analytics (for individual meetings):

Each meeting has analytics, which can be found in the Smart Search pane. These include:

  • Speaker analytics: This gives you a distribution of how much each speaker spoke and the number of words spoken per minute.

  • Sentiments: What percentage of the meeting is positive, negative, or neutral.

  • Topic Trackers: Specific topics mentioned during the meeting. Here’s how to Set Up Your Topic Trackers.

These insights are available in the free tier but you cannot use them as filters to quickly retrieve information. For that, you must be on one of the paid tiers.

Conversation analytics (aggregated)

Aggregated conversation insights include meeting insights from all your historical meetings attended by Fireflies. It is only available on business and enterprise plans. There are two tabs:

  • Analytics

  • Topic Insights

Team admin

If you are a team admin of a team workspace, you would see a different version of the analytics dashboard. You would see summary cards with data from all the meetings of all your teammates combined. Team admins can also check different metrics for each individual teammate and measure how they are participating and performing.

Note:

  • We automatically track conversational metrics for Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, Webex, Skype, Dialpad, Lifesize, and GoToMeeting.

  • Currently, we don't track the metrics of Chrome extension meetings. This is something we plan to add in the future.

    2. The total number of conversations and time spent doesn't require speaker labels. They are tracked automatically for all platforms.
