Last updated: July 31, 2025
If you’re someone who lives inside Notion — planning your day, tracking projects, or managing your knowledge base — Fireflies now fits right into that workflow.
With this integration, your meeting notes flow straight into Notion — with all the important context
✍ AI Summaries & Bullet Notes
✅ Action Items
📅 Title, Host, Date
👥 Invited & Actual Participants
🔗 Link to the full meeting & transcript
You can choose whether you want meetings to show up as individual pages or in a structured table. Either way, Fireflies makes it easy to track and manage what happened — without copy-pasting a thing.
Let’s set it up 👇
⚙ How to integrate Fireflies with Notion
🔗 Go to Fireflies Integrations →
Step 1: Open Integrations
Log in to your Fireflies account
Click Integrations on the left
Search for Notion, then click the tile

Step 2: Authorize Notion Access
Click Connect
You’ll be redirected to the Notion authorization screen
Click Next

🧩 Choose how meeting notes are stored
After connecting, Fireflies gives you two options:

✅ Option A: Use a Template provided by the Developer
This is the new option that gives you a structured view of your meetings.
Click the first option during setup
Fireflies will auto-create a Notion database in your private space
Every meeting gets added as a row in the table

Fields include: Meeting Title, Host, Date, Gist (Overview), Invited Participants, Actual Attendees, Summary & Bullet Notes, Action Items, Transcript Link

Perfect if you want to search, sort, and scan your meetings like a CRM or tracker.
📝 Option B: Use a Notion Page
This is the classic Fireflies setup you might already be using.
Click Page during setup
Choose a parent page in Notion
Fireflies will create a new sub-page under it for every meeting
Each sub-page includes: Summary, Keywords, Action items, Link to the meeting & transcript

🔄 Already using the page setup? You don’t need to change anything. But you can switch to database view anytime by reconnecting.
🧪 Test your integration
Once setup is complete:
Head back to the Fireflies Notion integration card
Click the 3 dots and click Insert Sample Data
A test meeting will appear in your database or sub-page view

Check the format, and you’re good to go!
🔌 How to disconnect Fireflies from Notion
Go to Integrations
Find the Notion card
Click Disconnect, then confirm

Once disconnected, Fireflies will stop pushing meeting notes into Notion.
💬 FAQs
Q1. Can I switch from page view to database later?
Yes! You can disconnect and reconnect anytime, and choose a new format. Both modes are fully supported.
Q2. Where is the database created?
If you select the template option, Fireflies creates the Notion database in your private workspace. You can move it to a shared space if needed.
Q3. What if I’m already using the classic flow?
Nothing changes unless you reconnect and choose a different format. Fireflies will continue creating sub-pages under your selected parent page.
Q4. Does Fireflies have access to my other Notion content?
No. Fireflies can only access the pages or databases you explicitly authorize during setup.
🎉 You’re all set!
Whether you’re managing clients, running team reviews, or doing personal reflection — Fireflies makes sure your meetings show up exactly where they should in Notion.
