What is the Fireflies-Asana integration?
The Fireflies-Asana integration lets you create tasks in Asana from AI-assisted meeting action items or voice commands.
How to integrate Asana with Fireflies?
- Log in to your Fireflies account and then click Integrations. On the Integrations page, find Asana and click on it.
- Click Connect.
- You'll be redirected to Asana. Sign in to your Asana account.
- Grant Fireflies permission to access your Asana account.
- This will redirect you back to the Fireflies app. Notice the green check mark on the Asana icon and the Active status.
- Next, select the workspace from the dropdown menu.
- Select the project from the dropdown.
- Select the list where the task will be created.
- Next, turn on the toggles based on your preference:
Create AI Assisted tasks from Action items will create tasks in Asana based on the action items identified during the meeting.
The Create task using Topic Tracker option captures tasks using voice commands and sends them to Asana. Click Topics to edit your voice commands.

- Click Save Settings.
- Click Insert Sample Data to test the integration. Here’s how it will look:

How to remove the Asana-Fireflies integration?
- To remove the integration, click Disconnect.
- A pop-up will appear. Click Disconnect.
- And that’s it. Your integration will be disabled and the status will change to Inactive.
