This guide covers steps to setup Microsoft Teams before inviting Fireflies.
Prerequisite
- You must enable the below two settings from the Microsoft Teams admin center before inviting Fireflies.
Setup Microsoft Teams before inviting Fireflies
1. Enable guest access
- Login to Microsoft Teams admin center.
- Click on Users.
- Click on Guest Access
- Turn Guest Access ON and click Save. This allows people in your organization to invite guest users.
2. Bypass Lobby
- Click on Meetings.
- Click Meeting policies and select the Global policy. This applies changes across the org.
- Go to meeting join and lobby section. Change the who can bypass the lobby to People in my org and guests. This ensures Fred joins meetings on time.
