In this guide, we’ll answer the FAQs related to the Upcoming Meetings module.
What is the Upcoming meetings section?
The Upcoming section on your Fireflies Home dashboard displays your scheduled upcoming meetings from your connected calendar.
You can use it to see your upcoming meetings and control whether Fireflies will join individual meetings.
How do I access Upcoming meetings?
Go to the Home dashboard.
Click the Upcoming tab to view your scheduled upcoming meetings.
It integrates with your Connected calendar (Google or Outlook) to display a list of scheduled meetings, allowing you to easily configure which meetings you want Fireflies to join and record.
Why are meetings toggled ON or OFF?
Each upcoming meeting has a toggle that indicates whether Fireflies will join the meeting. The toggle is based on your Auto-join calendar meetings settings.
If Auto-join calendar meetings is enabled for All meetings with web-conf link, meetings with a web conferencing link will have the toggle ON.
If it is set to Only meetings that I own, only meetings you own will have the toggle ON.

Note: Meetings scheduled more than seven days in advance will not show up in the Upcoming section.
How do I enable or disable Fireflies for an individual meeting?
You can control Fireflies for individual meetings directly from the Upcoming tab.
Enable Fireflies for a meeting
If Fireflies is not enabled for a specific meeting:
Go to Home → Upcoming.
Find the meeting you want Fireflies to join.
Turn on the toggle next to the meeting.
Fireflies will join the meeting according to your selected setting.
Disable Fireflies for a meeting
If Fireflies is enabled for a specific meeting:
Go to Home → Upcoming.
Find the meeting.
Turn off the toggle next to the meeting.
Fireflies will not join that meeting.
Why are meetings not visible under Upcoming?
Fireflies displays upcoming meetings from the calendar connected to your Fireflies account.
If a meeting is scheduled on a platform such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Webex, make sure its meeting link is added to the connected calendar event. Otherwise, Fireflies may not be able to detect and display the meeting under Upcoming.
Fireflies supports multiple video-conferencing platforms, including Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, GoToMeeting, Lifesize, Webex, and Jitsi.
Tip: If your upcoming meetings aren't appearing, check that your calendar is connected and that the meeting includes a valid conferencing link.
