This article covers steps to log meeting notes Zendesk Sell contacts. Ensure you've completed the Fireflies-Zendesk Sell integration steps before proceeding further.

  • By default, Fireflies logs notes under Zendesk Sell contacts. If a meeting participant is not in your contacts, Fireflies will create a new contact and log notes under that contact.
  • If you only want Fireflies to log notes under existing contacts, Enable the Only log meeting data if contact already exists in CRM toggle and click Save Settings.
  • Now, Fireflies will log notes only under existing contacts.
  • To view the notes, go to the contact page in Zendesk Sell and click on the relevant contact.
  • From the notes section, click Show more.
  • You will find the Summary, Outline, Notes, and Action items.
