How the Fireflies x Attio CRM integration works
Once the integration is active, Fireflies will sync meeting data to Attio, including notes and action items. Here’s how it works:
- Fireflies identifies participants in each meeting and checks for matching contacts in Attio.
- For each meeting, Fireflies logs data—meeting title, transcript, shorthand bullet points, action items, keywords, and a summary—under the relevant Person in Attio.
- If a participant is not in Attio, Fireflies will automatically create the contact and map the meeting data if you have enabled Create New Participant as New Person in Attio.
- If the option to Map Notes to Companies is enabled, Fireflies will search for the respective company based on the participants’ email domain and map meeting data to the relevant companies.
