What is the Fireflies-Confluence integration?
The Fireflies-Confluence integration allows you to push meeting notes, summaries, and transcripts as new documents from Fireflies under your desired Confluence Space.
How to integrate Confluence with Fireflies?
- Log in to Fireflies and click Integrations.
- Search for Confluence and open it.
- Click Connect.
- Click Authorize this connector.
- Log in to your Atlassian account.
- Click Accept to authorize Confluence-Connector.
- Click Select Space.
- Choose your desired Confluence Space from the drop-down menu.
- Click Continue.
- To test the integration, click Click to create a page. This will create a sample page in your chosen Confluence Space.
- The page will look something like this:
- Navigate to the Fireflies-Confluence integration page and click Continue.
- Click Complete to finalize the integration.
- That’s it! You’ve successfully integrated Confluence with Fireflies.
Now, Fireflies will automatically push meeting notes to your Confluence Space shortly after the meeting ends. These notes will include:
- Meeting title with a link to full transcript and summary on Fireflies Notepad
- Meeting length and time
- Participant details
- Meeting summary with notes, action items, overview, and more.
How to disable Fireflies-Confluence integration?
- Go to Integrations and open the Confluence integration.
- Click Disable on the top right corner.
- Your Confluence integration is now disabled. You’ll see a disabled icon under Current Configuration.
- To enable it again, click Enable on the top right.
- To completely remove the integration, click Disconnect.
- Clicking Disconnect will require you to follow the setup steps again if you choose to reconnect later.
