This guide gives you a brief overview of the new Tasks Feed on your Fireflies Home screen.
What is the Tasks Feed?
- The Tasks Feed allows you to view and manage all meeting tasks in one place. These tasks are automatically created and assigned to the right owner by Fireflies.
Here’s what you can do with the Tasks Feed.
View all the tasks
Under the Tasks tab, you can filter tasks by All Tasks or My Tasks.

All Tasks
- Shows a list of all the tasks across the meetings that you have access to.

My Tasks
- Shows only the tasks assigned to you.
Managing tasks

Create new tasks
You can also manually create tasks for meetings and assign them to your teammates, participants, user groups or to specific email addresses. Here are the steps:
- Go to the desired meeting where you want to create new tasks and click +New Task.
- Enter the task.
- Click +Assign.
- Assign the task to yourself, teammates, participants, user groups or to any email address.

Reassign tasks
- Click on the assignees name or image next to the assigned task.
- Select the new assignee name.
The task will now be reassigned.

Edit tasks
- Click on a task’s text.
- Update or edit the task and press Enter to save.

Mark a task as complete
- Click the checkbox next to the task to mark it as completed.
- Completed tasks will be struck through and moved to the Completed section.

Delete tasks
- Hover over a task and a delete icon will appear. Click on the icon to delete the task from the list.
Note: Once deleted, the task is removed permanently and can’t be recovered.
