If you record audio offline with the Fireflies app, the recording gets saved to your device as an "unprocessed file." This guide explains how to process them.

How to upload unprocessed files
- Unprocessed files are recordings stored locally before being uploaded.
- To view the unprocessed recordings, click your profile icon.
- Tap Local Recordings.
- To upload them, turn on the internet and tap Upload.
- Name your file, set the language, and tap Upload.
- Click View Status to see the status of your file.
- You can also view the status of your files under Meeting Status.
- Once the file is uploaded and transcribed, you’ll see the meeting status changed to Completed.
- The uploaded recording will show in your Notebook after a few minutes. Click on the file to view the transcript and summaries.
