Explore AI Skills Feed
Last updated: March 17, 2026
The AI Skills Feed is the place where all activity from your AI Skills comes together. It shows what each AI Skill produced, who created it, and how often it runs—all in one clean view. The feed helps users quickly check recent outputs, see skills created by them or their team, manage settings, browse templates, and share results when needed.
This guide walks through each part of the feed and how it helps keep your AI Skill insights simple and easy to follow.
The AI Skills Feed interface may look slightly different depending on the workspace version or user journey.
🚀 Explore the AI Skills Feed
1. Go to the AI Skills feed
There are two ways to open the AI Skills Feed:
Option 1: From the Home Dashboard — Go to Home and click on AI Skills Feed to open the main feed view.

Option 2: From the AI Skills tab — Click on the AI Skills tab and open the Feed tab.

2. Feed Overview
The AI Skills Feed provides a centralized view of all skill activity.
Skills appear as cards with quick output previews.
The feed is grouped into My Skills and Team Skills.
Each card includes details like creator, visibility, and schedule.

3. My Skills vs. Team Skills
The feed organizes skills into two clear groups, so it’s easy to understand ownership and activity:
My Skills — Skills you’ve created, along with their outputs and activity.
Team Skills — Skills created by teammates, shown to admins for better workspace visibility.

4. Output Previews
Each skill in the feed is displayed as a preview card, making it easy to review results without opening the full page.
The preview shows a shortened version of the skill’s output so recent activity can be checked quickly.
Clicking View More opens the full output page where the complete result and metadata are available.
You can view the AI Skill’s output here and also control who is allowed to see it based on your Output Privacy settings.
For more details on managing visibility and permissions, see: Manage who can view or run your AI Skills ->

5. Manage Skills Tab
The Manage Skills tab provides a dedicated space to review and control all AI Skills in the workspace.

Both admins and non-admins can manage their skills such as:
Enable or Disable: Use the toggle to turn a skill on or off based on whether you want it to run.

Edit/Customize—Update the skill’s setup, including instructions, schedule, visibility, or output format to fit your workflow.

Delete: Permanently remove a skill if it’s no longer needed.

6. Pin your AI Skills (Navigation Bar)
The left navigation bar is organized to help quickly access frequently used or recently generated skill outputs.
Pinned — Shows the skills you’ve pinned for quick access. These remain at the top of the list so you can open them anytime with one click.
Recent — Displays the skills that have run most recently, making it easy to revisit the latest outputs without searching.

7. Filters your AI Skills
The feed includes multiple filters to help quickly narrow down and locate specific AI Skills. Each filter lets you sort skills based on how they are created, categorized, or scheduled.
Category — Filter AI Skills by type (e.g., Sales, Finance, HR) to view only the ones related to a specific workflow.
Runs for — Filter based on whose meetings the AI Skill is configured to run for (such as your meetings, specific teammates, or groups).
Created by — View AI Skills created by you or teammates, depending on what you need to review.
Schedule — Filter AI Skills by their schedule, such as per meeting, daily, weekly, or monthly.

8. Create a New AI Skill

9. Shareable Links
Each skill output can be shared through a unique link, making it easy to distribute insights from individual runs.
A shareable link is generated for every skill output, allowing it to be opened independently in a separate tab.
The link can be sent to anyone who needs to view that specific output, even if it came from a different meeting or run.

10. Discover Tab
The Discover tab is where all pre-built AI Skill templates are available. It offers a quick way to explore ready-to-use skills designed for different workflows.
Browse skill templates across various categories such as Sales, Support, HR, and more.
Use category filters to narrow down templates that match your needs.
Select any template to view details and customize it into your own AI Skill.
