What is Customer Success Box
- Customer Success box is a CRM tool used by customer success managers to manage accounts in their portfolio. The Fireflies integration pushes meeting notes and summaries to the individual user and the account timeline after a call is done.
How to integrate Customer success box and Fireflies
- To connect the integration you will need to fetch your CSB Domain and your API key from the customer success box dashboard
- Click on the "?" icon on the top nav bar inside the customer success box dashboard and navigate to the developer console
- Open the API Key tab and copy the secret key for Get, Post, and Delete request
- Your domain name is the keyword that is prefixed before ".customersuccessbox.com". For example, <domain_name>.customersuccessbox.com
- Click on the "?" icon on the top nav bar inside the customer success box dashboard and navigate to the developer console
- Go to your Fireflies dashboard, click on Integrations, search for Customer success box and select the integration
- Once you have gotten both the secret key and the Domain name paste them both on the integration page
- Once successfully connected, Fireflies will push meeting summaries for only user emails and accounts that are already present in your CSB instance. You will also have the option to Resync all your past meetings.
