This guide provides a comprehensive overview of the Team feature in Fireflies.ai, detailing how to add and manage teammates, create user groups, and configure settings to enhance your team's collaboration experience.
Managing teammates in your workspace
Who are teammates?
Teammates are individuals you invite to join your Fireflies workspace.
By adding teammates, admins can share meeting recordings and transcripts, making it easier to collaborate and review important information.

Create User Groups
Admins can create User Groups within your Fireflies team workspace. This feature allows you to share meetings with specific groups of users, enhancing collaboration and ensuring that only relevant members have access to particular meetings.
For more details, see our User Groups guide.
How Fireflies joins team meetings
When multiple teammates invite Fireflies to a meeting, it will join on behalf of the first person who invited it. The meeting access and share settings will be based on that person's configurations, ensuring consistency and proper data management.
