Fireflies provides the option to delete meetings from both the Notebook and the Notepad. You can delete a single meeting or multiple meetings at once from the Notebook.

About meeting deletion
- Team admins can delete any meeting in their workspace.
- Non-admins can only delete from the My Meetings Channel
- Once deleted, a meeting can’t be restored.
Delete meetings from the Notebook
1. Delete meetings individually
- Go to Fireflies web app and click Meetings.
This will open the My Meetings channel, displaying all the meetings you own.
- Hover over the meeting you want to delete and click on the meatballs menu icon.
- Click Delete from the drop down menu.
- Click Confirm to delete the meeting.

2. Bulk delete meetings
- In the My Meetings channel, hover over the desired meetings and use the checkboxes that appear to select multiple entries.
- Click Delete on the top right.
- Click Confirm to delete the meetings.
- To delete all meetings at once, use the master checkbox in the top-left corner to select all entries, then click Delete.
Note: Bulk deletion is available to users in the Pro plan and above.

Delete meeting from the Notepad
- Click on any desired meeting in the Notebook.
- From the Notepad, click the meatball icon next to the meeting title.
- Click Delete from the dropdown menu.
- Click Delete to confirm.
