This guide gives an overview of the Uploads feature in Fireflies.

The Uploads feature

• The Uploads feature lets you upload any file, past meetings, or your favorite podcast, as long as it is in the supported format.

• MP3, M4A, WAV, or MP4. 

2. File size and duration limits

3. Rate Limits 

An audio processing limit applies to users in the paid plan when they upload and transcribe files. The rate limits are as follows:

• • Per user limit: 3,000 minutes/mo.
    • Overage: $0.01/minute after 3,000 minutes.
  • Team cap: 3,000 minutes/seat/source/mo.
    • Overage: $0.01/minute after 150,000 minutes.

Note: 

• Rate limits reset at the beginning of every month.
• The minutes used are calculated based on the file duration.
• The unused minutes don’t roll over to the next month.
