What is a meeting recap?
A meeting recap is an email sent by Fireflies after each meeting. It contains essential information such as links to the meeting transcript, key insights, an overview, and other relevant details about the meeting. You can configure who receives this email and also choose to restrict it to yourself if desired.
How to send meeting recaps only to yourself?
Here's how to customize meeting settings so that only you receive the meeting recaps
- Go to your Fireflies dashboard, and from the Send email recap to the drop-down menu, select Only me.
- Alternatively, from the Fireflies Settings page, go to the Email Settings, and from the Notes Get Sent To drop-down menu, select Only me.

Note: If you are on the Fireflies free tier, you can get unlimited transcription credits if you change your Send email recap to settings to Everyone on the invite.
