Before reporting the issue, refer to the troubleshooting guide to ensure Fireflies has the necessary permissions for the meeting and calendar access.
Reporting an issue where Fireflies failed to join
If the problem still persists, and Fireflies isn’t joining meetings, here’s how you can report the issue:

Send the meeting details
Gather the following details to assist the support team:
- Meeting details: Meeting title and joining link.
- Meeting time: Date and time (in PST).
- Web conferencing app: Specify the app used for the meeting (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
- Screenshot of the invite
You can share the screenshot of the invite email.
Or, you can share the screenshot of the calendar.

Check if participants received a notification email from Fireflies
60 minutes before the meeting, Fireflies emails all meeting participants on the calendar invite, notifying them that it will record the meeting.
Ask if the other meeting participants received this email. This is what it looks like:
