When reporting an issue, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include the details below:
- Meeting title
- Time of meeting (in PST)
- Web conferencing app used (Example: Zoom, Hangouts, Google Meet, etc)
- Mode of invitation (Example: Calendar invite, Manual invite, Add to live)
- Screenshot of the invite
- Did Fred join the meeting?
- Did Fred send you a confirmation email that he will be joining?
