In this article, let us see how to manage access to your meeting recaps.
How to set privacy settings for individual meeting recaps
- Log in to your Fireflies account and then click Meetings from the navigation menu on the left.
- Open the meeting you want to share.
- Click Share from the top right corner.
- Click on the privacy setting from the pop-up window.
Note: The default privacy setting for meeting recaps is Public.
- From the drop-down menu, select the meeting privacy view that you want to set for this meeting.
You can choose from the following options:
- Anyone with Link: Anyone who has the meeting link can access the meeting.
- Teammates and participants: Both your Fireflies team and meeting participants can access the meeting.
- Teammates: Everyone in your Fireflies team can access the meeting.
- Participants: Only meeting participants can access the meeting.
- Only Me: Keep the meeting private so only you have access to the meeting.
- Next, you can click Copy Link to share the meeting recap as a link.
- Alternatively, you can invite people via email addresses to access the meeting. Just enter their email address in the Name or Email box and click Invite.
How to set privacy settings for all meeting recaps
- Go to Settings from the navigation menu on the left.
- Look for MEETING RECAP LINKS under Meeting Settings.
- From the drop-down menu, select your preferred viewing option.
You’ll see 5 options:
- Anyone with a link
- Only Participants & Teammates
- Only Participants
- Only Teammates
- Only Me
- Choose your preferred setting.
- A confirmation pop-up will open, asking if you want to apply this setting to only future meetings or all existing meetings.
