Fireflies gives you control over which meetings should be recorded and which ones are off-limits.
1. Log in to your Fireflies account.
2. Go to Settings by clicking on the menu on the left.
3. On the Autojoin Settings section, select which meetings you want Fireflies to join.
The way Meeting Rules works is directly affected by the settings you
configure here.
4. Scroll down until you find the Meeting Rules section.
Fred will join these meetings
Input keywords you want Fireflies to join. If the title of a meeting contains any of the words, it instructs fred@fireflies.ai to join that meeting.
This rule works for all Autojoin Settings except the primary autojoin (Join all cal events with a web-conf link).
In our example, we have it configured so that fred@fireflies.ai joins meetings only when you explicitly invite it. Except, meetings that the words "voice", "lessons", and "student" in the title.
Fred will not join these meetings
There's also a field for inputting keywords you don't want fred@fireflies.ai to join.
This rule only works if your Autojoin Settings is on Join all calendar events that have a web-conf link.
In our example, we have it configured so that fred@fireflies.ai joins all meetings. Except, meetings that have the words "family", "prayer", and "sarge" in the title.
