How can I change my email address on Fireflies?

If you've updated your email or need to change the one associated with your Fireflies.ai account, we can transfer all your meetings and account data to the new email address.

Eligibility: Only users on the Pro plan or higher can change their email address.

Steps to change your email address:

1. Create a new Fireflies account

• First, create a new Fireflies account using your new email address.
• You can sign up with a Google or Microsoft account at app.fireflies.ai.

2. Request data migration
   
   

• After creating your new account, fill out this form to request a change in email address and data migration to the new address.
• Provide your old and new email addresses in the description box to request the transfer of your meetings and account data.

Our team will contact you soon to verify your account and identity. After verification, your email address will be updated, and all your meeting data will be transferred to the new account.

Note for free plan users: If you’re on the Free plan, you cannot change your email address. Instead, you will need to create a new Fireflies account with the new email address.
